Request an Individual/Private Zoom Deliverance Session

To request an individual/private Zoom deliverance session, please follow the below steps to submit a request.

Step 1: Watch this video!

The below teaching video will give you an overview and basic understanding of what deliverance is and answer many other questions such as why Christians need it, how demons enter, and more. Gaining understanding is an important step in the deliverance process.

Step 2: Complete the Pre-Deliverance In-take Form

Please download and complete the Pre-Deliverance In-take Form & Liability Release. You can fill it out using the "Fill & Sign" or editing features in Adobe to enter text and check off boxes. Please remember to save the file of your completed copy. You will need the completed form for step 3.

Step 3: Submit your request

Fill out and submit the below request form. Once submitted, we will reach out to you to schedule an initial/preliminary meeting* during which we will review your in-take form and discuss other pertinent information/next steps including prayer and fasting instructions and the scheduling of the date for your deliverance session.
